In case you package is broken or tempered , don’t collect it, but declare it. This way goods will be newly send over and you won’t be charged for any more expenses, your money will be refunded if you are not completely satisfied.
If this is unluckily your case, firmly refuse to accept your package. It will be changed with brand new one and send it over to you again. Once more you won’t be charged for any more expenses.
If you are not happy with your purchase remember you have the right, and no need to specify your reasons, to rescind your policy with Kose belle in 10 working days from the time goods get to you.
