Our store is always well provided, this insures quick time of expedition. Normally we guarantee 3 to 5 working days for any deliveries.

It can happen, though, due to the huge variety of products we trade, that some of the items won’t be available straight away.

This can happen because of several reasons, first of all it could be because of a large request of the same item, or, second of all, it could be because of a delay of our providers.

In any of the above-written situations the longer delay for a delivery is 30 (thirty) days.

If you need your forwarding needs to be made before a certain date, we ask you to let us know your urge, either in your order form, or in our section at the following address: logistica@kosebelle.com.

This way, in case we won’t be able to make the delivery for the requested date, we can contact you straight away and, so said, we can proceed with the crossing-out of the order and the payment.
