Payments
Payments can be done in the following ways:
When payment is done by credit card, all information related to the car, such as number or expiration date, will be sent to the bank through cryptographic file, without anyone being able to have any access.
Any of the previous mentioned sensitive details won’t be used anyhow by Kose belle if not to complete the standard operating procedure, or rather when it could be necessary to give you a refund, or if you recede from your contract, or also, if police or fraud committee have to prevent or solve a problem occurred.
Purchase price and delivery payment, as mentioned on the order form, will be charge on your bank account only at the time of the merchandising delivery itself.
Products Delivery
Inside Client Area Service you will find all information related to merchandising delivery. You are, at this subject, invited to read and agree what’s written, because all it’s specified there, is also crucial part of the Selling General Conditions, so we will consider you’ve accepted and agreed all part of the purchase, once you will transmit your order form.

Return of Goods in case of Break
At the time of delivery if you notice the packaging being broken or tempered, don’t collect it and actually declare it.
This way goods will be newly send over and you won’t be charged for any more expenses, your money will be refunded if you are not completely satisfied.
Return and Refund Policy
You have the right, and no need to specify your reasons, to rescind your policy with Kose belle in 10 working days, from the time goods get to you.
You will have to send items back to Kose belle and Kose belle needs to get them within 30 working days from the time you received them.
You will be only charged for the expenses of returning goods.
The right of cancelling the contract can be applied onto goods that are undamaged or unalterable and unspoilt only.
If return and refund policy is expressed in terms above described, Kose belle will be in charge of refund you of the purchase money, perhaps already cashed in, net of delivery expenses.
Delivery expenses will be totally refund to you, only if the blame of the annulment is due to Kose belle itself, such as if items don’t correspond to the specification sheet described on the website, or they have been send at a wrong delivery address or with fatal flaw.
Amount due will be paid back as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 working days, starting from the day Kose belle becomes acquainted of your policy annulment. At that point Kose belle will provide to activate all process of refunding, once it made sure all the above terms have been correctly completed.
In case ways of extinction are not implemented in the right way, you will loose the amount of money already paid out to Kose belle, you can claim for the merchandising being sent back to you (exactly the way it was), but at that point cost of delivery will be provide by you. If you refuse to pay for the delivery kose belle is allowed to keep the goods along with the money you have paid for them.
Withdrawal needs to be transmitted either through telegram or fax (number + 39 0165 41061) or through our website, in Contact section via e-mail, anyway, within 48 hours, you will also need to send a certified mail with a return receipt at the following address: Kose belle srl – Loc. Grand Chemin, 30 – 11020 Saint Christophe AO (Italy).
In your official communication don’t forget to specify your right to withdrawal from what item or items you want, and add to it a copy of the order form you received in the first place.
Times and Ways of Reimburse
Items returned, Kose belle will verify all terms and conditions in accordance with proceed. If everything turns around to be correct, kose belle will confirm, via e-mail, the acceptance of your request.
Any payment ways were used by you, since Kose belle gains knowledge of your cancellation, within 30 days, will provide to refund you.
When the addressee doesn’t correspond with the person specified on the order form, Kose belle, in case of withdrawal, will provide to refund the person who actually made the payment.
Date of re-credit will correspond on the date you have been charged for your purchase, so you will not loose any interest rate.
